BIBLE STUDY Unit 4 begins tomorrow at 7:00 p.m.

 

BIBLE STUDY  Unit 1 of “ No Experience Necessary” is 7 sessions.  If interested, please sign list in parish hall.  Date  and time to be determined by participants.  

 

FLOWER/FELLOWSHIP  2006 & 2007 sign -up lists are in the parish hall.

 

VOLUNTEERS January/February/March are needed in the church office on Thursday or Friday mornings to fold bulletins/refresh racks and children’s kits.  Sign-up sheet is posted on bulletin board near church office.

 

RETIRED HYMNALS on the table in the parish hall are available to take home and keep.

 

USHER COORDINATOR required.  Speak to a Council member or Pastor Beglo if you are available.

 

SERVICE COMMITTEE formerly (Social Ministry & Outreach). If you are available to help with the Ottawa Innercity Ministries (OIM) (Christmas in January Dinner) please contact Kendall at  by January 15.  Ottawa Innercity Ministries need cooked turkeys.  They also need  people to setup and serve at  St. Paul’s United Church  on January 17.

 

2007 OFFERING ENVELOPES  (adults & children)  The offering envelopes are available in the parish hall.  Your completed pledge/time-talent or PAR sheets can be left in the church office or placed on the offering plates.  If you require offering envelopes, notify the church office.

 

ST. PETER’S LIBRARY provides resource materials to help us learn about our faith and accompany us in our spiritual journey.  The library operates on an honour system.  You are welcome to take books and videos home, but please remember to check them out and to return them.

 

PRAYER REQUESTS to be included in the Sunday morning prayers can be written in the black loose-leaf book labeled “Sunday Prayers “.   The book is in  the parish hall.

 

PASTOR KABILA has been licensed for Sacramental Ministry by Bishop Pryse for 2007.

 

WEEK OF PRAYER FOR CHRISTIAN UNITY begins January 18 (Confession of St. Peter) and concludes January 25 (Conversion of St.Paul).
