SENIOR CHOIR resumes on Sunday, September 10.  New members are welcome. Tenor and Basses are especially needed.  The choir practices on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. with the first rehearsal on September 7.  Contact Karen Holmes, 233-9911/728-8041, about participating in the music program.

 

SUNDAY CHURCH  SCHOOL REGISTRATION & 1^st CLASS for 2006/2007 is Sunday, September 10 at 10:00 a.m.  We welcome new students.  Installation of SCS at the 10:00 a.m. Service.

CONFIRMATION Grade 7 (Junior Confirmation) classes will be held on Sunday mornings.  The first class will meet on September 10 at 10:00 a.m. with their teacher, Cheryl Duquette, in the Resource Room downstairs.

...Junior Confirmation students and their parents are invited to meet the teacher on September 10 at 11:00 a.m.  Please note the meeting is at the end of the class.

...Grade 8 (Senior Confirmation) students and their parents are invited to a brief meeting with Pastor Beglo, in the Resource Room, at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday September 10.  If you cannot attend, please contact Pastor Beglo before September 10.

 

NEW HYMNAL, Evangelical Lutheran Worship, will be published in October 2006.  Copies of the hymnal can be purchased for the church as a thank you to God, for a special occasion, or in memory of a loved one. While any amount can be donated, the pre-published cost is $24.00, including taxes and shipping.  Mark your offering envelope, “Hymnal”.
