PRAYER LIST Members and Friends of the congregation have been randomly assigned a week during the year. First names are included in the Sunday Prayers.

 

JUICE SUNDAY Council has designated the Fellowship following the Summer Sunday Services as “Juice Sunday”.  Hosts for the Fellowship are encouraged to keep it simple. For hot weather juice or lemonade is sufficient.  Sign- up sheet is in the parish  hall.

 

BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY Anyone celebrating a birthday or anniversary will be listed in a bulletin insert.  Check the list for August, posted in the parish hall, and add anyone who is missing.

 

PRAYER REQUESTS to be included in the Sunday morning prayers can be written in the black loose-leaf book labeled “Sunday Prayers for St. Peter’s”.  The book is in the parish hall.

 

ETERNITY FOR TODAY  July-September is available in the church office.

 

NEW HYMNAL,Evangelical Lutheran Worship, will be published in October 2006.  Copies of the  hymnal can be  purchased for the church as a thank you to God, for a special occasion, or in memory of a loved one.  While any amount can be donated, the pre-published cost is $24.00, including taxes and shipping.  Mark your offering envelope, “Hymnal”.
